Above: The glass room divider is a custom piece that the architect had custom designed and fabricated. It was inspired by ancient factory windows and meant to bring in a modern industrial touch to the space. It consists of powder-coated steel, custom glass, wood grids, and steel tension rods that allowed it to be adjusted in place for a great fit.

This space is secluded from neighbors with five-foot tall cement walls that are integrated into the hillside. The wall-mounted planter boxes were custom fabricated by a local metal company in Eugene, Oregon.
